Background
Following the November 2022 meeting of WDC’s Planning Committee North where they unanimously agreed with local residents that an application made by Asprey Homes Southern should be rejected, we have now received notification that Asprey Homes Southern, aided by Martin Hull of Planning Consultant Kember Loudon Williams intends to appeal the democratic decision taken by the Council.
